Come with us to one of the most beautiful destinations in Germany: the Rhine Valley. The most spectacular section of the river from Rüdesheim to Koblenz is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will see a good part of it.
The winding Rhine loops through the mountain ranges, the small, traditional villages, the steep terraces of the vineyards and the mighty medieval castles on both sides of the bank form the magnificent panorama of this river landscape.
Above the vineyards you have a wonderful view of the valley. In the warmer seasons, it's worth taking a slow cable car ride down to the river (optional). Lunch is served in our selected event location directly on the bank in Assmannshausen.

To learn more about the ancient tradition of winemaking, we offer
an entertaining lesson along with small samples of local
Wines (not a professional wine tasting). As a memento of your stay in one of Europe's best wine regions, you can also purchase wine. This will also take place at the aforementioned event location.
The Rhine Valley has a 2000-year-old, exciting history that you will learn more about: from the soldiers and settlers of the Roman Empire to the time of the knights in the Middle Ages, the farmers and monks, the international merchants and traders. And from the tradition of shipping, because to this day the Rhine is one of the most important waterways in Europe.
On some winter days, or on rare occasions of high or low tide, we substitute a visit to a castle or historical site for the cruise.
You can book this excursion all year round, the Rhine Valley is worth seeing at any time of the year. Discover the fascination of this cultural and natural landscape on a varied day trip.
